Mascope Sub-processors

Ultra Trace Systems Oy uses the following sub-processors to provide the Mascope service. Each customer's instance is hosted in the EU/EEA by default; customers may instead choose hosting in the USA, in which case their instance runs in a US data centre as noted in their order details.

Where processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism agreed with that sub-processor.

Our community Discord server is operated by Discord Inc. under its own terms and privacy policy, as an independent controller rather than as our sub-processor. Support conversations take place there only where a customer has chosen that channel; participation is voluntary.

Off-site backup storage runs on infrastructure owned and controlled by Ultra Trace Systems Oy within the EU and does not involve a sub-processor.
